Go Guardian, Why It Should Be Illegal

 Go Guardian is a useful tool that teachers use to see if students are doing their work. But many students think and have reported that it is a spying app and is a malware. Some students ask if students don't even have something people all have and want to have... PRIVACY. Today, I will explain 5 reasons why Go Guardian should be illegal for once and for all.

              1. Invasion of Privacy

Students have privacy like anyone does, but if teachers just spy on their computer and get all personal information, there is nothing in the planet Earth that is safe. Making a Go Guardian account is easy, just put your name, age, school, your school email and boom. You've got an account. But if it's that easy, it means that it is easy for hackers to use Go Guardian to spy on students putting in their password or any other personal information such as their home address or their family member. You will be in danger.

    2. Worriedness for Students

Students do things on their computers or phones but if they know that someone is spying on them, their going to be scared. Even adults will be scared. If students are always scared to be on their electronics and their worriedness always grows, they will have many problems. They might have trouble sleeping or have nightmares, never be entertained, always be down and depressed, always scared of everything and anything, or even sometimes decrease in school grades.

      3. Danger


If teachers are watching you after school ends, there should be something wrong. They can close tabs or even open it. But since the pandemic, schools became the major target of hacking. If a hacker hacks the teacher, that whole class will be doomed. The hacker doesn't have to hack the students to get their personal things. They can just use Go Guardian to watch them log in. They can press the eye button to see the students password and the hacker can just go on their computers and log in just like the student. That hacker can then get personal information about students like their personal email, their home address, and even about family members. After it, the hacker will hack the personal email and that students family members email and boom. That family is over. He goes on a different student and boom. That students family is over. The whole school and student's family and friends would be hacked in lighting speed.

     4. Takes the Students Identity

If a person is around your administers screen and when that administer goes away for a few minutes, the person that was around can access the students camera and see how that student looks like. That is very dangerous for the student. It also feels bad to notice that someone knows how they look like. Using something to look at student's identity is 100% illegal and it also counts as stalking.

Go Guardian has already broke some Common US Laws that are the most basic. The Laws they broke are listed below.
